Weekly meditation / group healing sessions are held on Thursdays at 6.00pm. The 45 minute session will focus on slowing you down, connecting you with your light, the light of each other and bringing peace to your whole being. All levels are welcome and no prior experience necessary.

What to bring

Comfortable clothes you can relax in. Mats and other supports are provided.
